Out-of-Stock items:
If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via telephone or your email
address within 24 hours.
We will give you an estimate on when the goods will be available. You will always maintain the right to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will immediately refund your credit card. If you do decide to proceed, we will place an order with our supplier and get the product to you within 24 hours of it arriving into stock.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current
rate unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Pricing, colours and Text Errors
Prices and specifications are checked and updated to the best of our ability, whilst every
effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and
omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Computer monitors and scanners vary in their reproduction of colour. Though we strive for accuracy, all picture colours, products and swatches displayed should be regarded as approximations.
Guarantee
All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated
from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing
to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident,
neglect or misuse.
Tent returns:
Once a tent is erected it is no longer considered to be in a perfect resaleable condition. We give a 1 years guarantee
(Unless otherwise stated) against manufacturing faults on all new tents.
