Returns
Our "no probs" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less shipping and packaging.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
- Fill out the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason for the return.
- Please include your telephone number and if you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your telephone number.
- In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories
